Account deletion

Delete your account from the app.

Immi-Assist provides an in-app flow for permanent account deletion. You do not need to email support before using it.

  1. Open Immi-Assist and sign in.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.
  5. If you use Sign in with Apple, authorize Apple again so its token can be revoked.

What is removed

Your Firebase Authentication account and account-associated profile, preferences, saved journey data, OTP records, AI usage records, notification inbox and device registrations, delivery receipts, and uploaded profile photo are removed. Identifying attribution is removed from shared administrative audit or aggregate records where those records must remain intact.

What may remain

Information may be retained only when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to establish or defend legal claims. De-identified aggregate operational statistics may remain. Data already delivered through independent email, SMS, device, or platform providers can also remain under those providers’ retention rules.

If you cannot access the app

Email hargenix.technologies@gmail.com from the address associated with the account. We will need to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, or identity documents unless we provide a secure and necessary process.
