Important conditions for using Immi-Assist.

By creating an account or using Immi-Assist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Informational service only

Immi-Assist provides general educational information and organizational tools. It is not IRCC, a government service, a law firm, an immigration consultant, or a substitute for professional advice. It does not submit applications, represent you, determine eligibility, predict approval, or guarantee outcomes.

2. Verify official requirements

Immigration rules, forms, fees, processing practices, draws, and deadlines can change without notice. Although the app aims to cite current official material, you are responsible for verifying information on Canada.ca and obtaining advice from an authorized professional where appropriate.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, evade security or quotas, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate others, scrape protected systems, interfere with other users, or use the app to provide deceptive or unauthorized immigration services.

4. AI limitations

AI-generated explanations may contain errors, omissions, or outdated interpretations. Scenario comparisons are illustrative and are not approval predictions. Do not rely exclusively on AI output for legal, financial, immigration, employment, or travel decisions.

5. Documents and user content

You retain responsibility for material you submit and confirm that you have the right to process it. Avoid unnecessary identifiers and third-party personal information. You grant Harnova Labs the limited permission needed to process submitted material solely to provide, secure, and support the requested feature.

6. Communications

Optional campaigns and topic notifications follow your saved preferences, subject to provider limitations. Transactional security and account messages may still be sent when necessary. SMS carrier charges may apply. You may disable optional communications in the app.

7. Third-party services and links

The app links to government and third-party services and uses external infrastructure providers. Harnova Labs does not control third-party availability, content, policies, or decisions. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, control costs, or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Cached or offline information may be stale.

9. Intellectual property

Immi-Assist software, branding, and original presentation are owned by Harnova Labs or its licensors. Government and third-party names, marks, publications, and content remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or non-infringement. Harnova Labs is not responsible for immigration decisions, missed deadlines, lost opportunities, fees, travel disruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the app. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, or material violations. You can initiate permanent account deletion in the app. Some records may be retained only where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

12. Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws applicable in the province where Harnova Labs operates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Questions may be sent to hargenix.technologies@gmail.com.
